Make a series and do a transfer storyline as Walter Payton JR who was a low star recruit seeing as he went to Kent State and that was his only offer. Since he was a breakout recruit the larger programs in the area give him an opportunity. So the three choices could be Ohio State, Michigan, and Cincinnati since they are now in the Big 12. Could even pull a Kenneth Walker at Michigan State since they saw you in action. Always love your videos man keep up the amazing content!

I pretty much played Kent on all the prior versions. Basically, even with a perfect season I could only get a non BCS bowl game (usually against a team in the teens), which was good because they were almost impossible to win. Always did the rebuild with a stud RB. It took a LOT of sweeps, running it straight up the gut, passes in the flat, and QB options. Usually made it to the National Championship game in the 2nd or 3rd season, and got into the Big 10 on the 3rd or 4th season. RB was the way to go with Kent because they always had a RB in the high 80's or low 90's, and a decent running QB.

You’re a better player than you give yourself credit for. That being said, and bad blocking aside, there were a few times where cutting it up downfield rather than trying to force it to the outside would have popped a couple big ones. The play calling you were given did you zero favors. I’d recommend biting the bullet and using those practice reps to rack up that coaches trust. You could have gotten the change play option several games earlier which could have been the difference in the heisman race. If you max out coaches trust and get all 15 chances to change the play (not sure how possible that is in one season as a hb), that combined with flip play, and hurry up would give you almost complete offensive control in a game. Your play options could still be trash but at least you’d have more chances. Hope this helps!
