it's not discussed, at all?, but the issue is that the border itself demands that people prove the my are working against the united states declaration of independence and natural born citizens as a requirement for entry. it's literally impossible to be born american or to automatically be american due to lineage, just like you cant be born communist or automatically be a communist baby just because your parents like communism. YET the "american" agents require all travellers to swear they are born into nationality and to have birth certificates etc or they cannot enter the usa. imagine being told that you must prove you are working against the usa by obtaining a foreign passport and building strong ties to anything other than the usa as a defacto requirement for entry. nature doesnt work that way, we learn about nations and build and grow national identities after we are born. it's even in the us declaration of independence. then if natural born citizens trying to identify or associate to the usa ignore orders to work against the usa and continue travelling "illegally" they are put into prison and told that the united states will be harmed by the border agents on their behalf, by draining united states funds to finance their flights in an effort to have them work for foreign nations.
