You can focus on repair and installations. Are you an expert on the "small move, big change" approach? You can buy a decent house and make it perfect by adding some style and fixing stuff.
The ultimate goal of the house flipping business is profit. Are you a risk taker? Do you like to invest? Estimate profit and find the best risk/reward ratio for you.

hi wels, maybe you dont know about this, but you are able to change the stairs color or some parts of building like the train color (you didnt change the train color at all before) with the "sell object" equipment.

I’d like to see your build & decorate strategy to sell to Chang Choi. No matter how I try to set things up to his specifications, he always comes in second in the bidding process.

Fancy office guy probably needs a wardrobe for hanging suits and shirts from the dry cleaner’s, and a full length mirror for getting dressed. Both could have replaced the bookshelves in the bedroom. An impressive garden urn or statuary probably wouldn’t go amiss, with a few evergreens around the base. First impressions stuff.

This is bringing back such memories of being a kid in like, junior high, and getting absolutely obsessed with watching those house flipper shows on HGTV. XD There was this old farmhouse in my hometown that I just _knew_ I could flip into something awesome... if someone would just give me a couple zillion bucks lolol. Great video as always!

I really hope in second game we can see more utility, commercial or other types of buildings. For example this really cool office I'd see in some business-type building, not in a home.

You can turn off this light mode when light are on only when you in the room, Setting - "ECO light mode"

hey wels, how do you get the white border around the items when you cursor over things and turns red when you cant place something? mine doesnt have that. i want it lol
