Farm Together 2 - is it Worth Playing?
Farm Together 2 is a newly released early access sequel to Farm Together which is a game I loved playing. In this video we'll be going through if I believe the game is worth playing and we'll be covering things from how the game is different to the first one to what makes this game an early access release.
Farm Together 2 is a relaxing farming game that can be played solo or with friends, even in public farms and you have to level up your farm to unlock new crops, trees, animals and even fish. I've been gaming since the age of 3 and ended up making it my career, that is how I came up with the name Born 2 Game. I am a gamer that loves playing all types of games from shooting and racing games to strategy and simulation.

other then the changes to the shops and terraforming what are these changes? because I just see the same game with less content and a bit of a graphical update

I loved Farm Together and can not wait for FT2 to hit consoles. I am likely to buy it on Steam as well, help out with the early access if I can.

If you played and enjoyed the first one there is absolutely nothing to do in the second one because there is no any difference except maxed out gamma. Save your money don't let lazy developers them fool you.

While this is important and true, I don't think it's a waste of money and I don't think it's lazy development. There are clear and obvious changes from the first and with how quickly updates have been happening it's clear that they are trying to make it better. It seems more like they wanted to get it out to us even in these earlier stages so they could get solid feedback from the people that actually play the games.

My concern is that they'll just call the Early Access done after 3 months, and then sell the rest of the development as DLCs. Seems to be what every dev has done to every game for the past 15 years. With a few notable exceptions, of course.

i played 1 for almost 400 hours and it sounds like 2 is the same game just with less things to do even though it's early access but if the same team, the things that were in 1 should just be there in 2 on day 1? and then there would be a lot of new stuff? even graphics appear to be the same maybe make a video where you talk about 1 and 2, otherwise I'm misunderstanding something here

It is basically number 1 with less things to do although they’re adding new bits in, there are some different things like having a town to sell things to instead of stalls on your farm and there’s been a lot of quality of life changes

@@Born2Game and i will also just add something that I think are important they had so many years with 1 with watch people play it and hear what they would like to see come in a 2 But it seems they don't do any of those things? But has started all over again with the game? As if it's a new team of people like not woe There's a game 1? Or do I misunderstand something here? I know when people went crazy with Call of Duty from 2023 because there was nothing new and was just the same map all the time? And I'd rather not sound like a hater can see there many who love the game who are nice :) but as a buyer I had just hoped for something more

Anybody can say whatever they want - but this is my most favorite chill farming game. Ive invested hundreds of hours in it back when I was playing it on my xbox one x. The fun I had with the random other people on their farms was inmeasurable. We helped each other, chatted and just genuinely chilled and had fun. This isn't a game where you wanna fast track to everything like you said - its about the atmosphere and the peace it provides. I haven't bought a single game for a few years, only had gamepass and played games from my existing library, but man - I will definitely support this awesome game and the wholesome devs. Take care 😊

Early access is PC only but when that’s finished which they think will take 6-12 months they’ve said they’ll be bringing it to console 👍

The studio that made Dyson Sphere program was 5 people when it first released into early access, and it was more of a complete game minute 0 than a lot of AAA games. Factorio, Kingdoms Reborn, Manor Lords, and many other games were made by 1 developer at first, and all were amazing games minute 0. On the other hand, this game releases in (what looks to be)the same engine as the first, mostly identical mechanics and content, but with about 10% of what’s in the first one. Tolerate mediocrity, get worse products. Reject it, get better products.
