The tune is a bit melancholic, however, it stays hopeful that the lovers will meet again! This is coming from a Christian perspective though, although I am fully aware that the song writers were most likely not Christian, however I applaud their wisdom. This song also reminds me of Naruto Shippuden OP 4, "Closer" which also warns about loved ones dying at any given point and time. A trend? Anyhow love Naruto OPs and Endings in general.
