I saw a good few 36v Bosch faulty but this is the first one of these I saw broken. I agree Bosch do make the best sds machines in the business

Tru some contact cleaner on the pcb board. Most of it is water resistant but it would be ideal to get any water residue off of it. Also if that sealeed area has filled up with water then it would be ideal to clean the grease out and re grease it again.

Love watching your vids. Based upon what comes across your bench and based on your experience it’s helped me make some crucial choices on tools and avoid costly mistakes. With that in mind I’m thinking of buying one of these but want it mainly for the chiselling action to take off plaster/render. I have an atlas copco 110v which has been superb over the years but just need the convenience of cordless. Can you recommend this spec drill for this use. It should be up to the job but any and all opinions would be helpful. Thanks for posting Dean and keep on making these vids.

Hi Dean, I have a Würth version of this drill, it got wet on a rainy day and now it’s not running properly. It will run if you pull the trigger half way but if you pull it fully it’s start stopping. I’ve opened the trigger and it’s clean inside. Any ideas what it could be.

So would breaking these down and cleaning and replacing the old grease in the hammer mechanism make those o rings last longer? They seem to fail when out of grease

Ive got the same ads and having a very similar problem with mine , instead of no hammer mine just gets stuck in hammer as if the strike is not sitting back it just stays sat up behind the sds bit
