We were having intermittent problems with our Bosch 1600H. It would sometimes come on and other times not. We were having it cut out in the middle of showers/usage to the point we had to run water at the sink as well as the shower to try and keep it on. We thought it might be a voltage thing from the hydro generator (Which had previously gone out and we replaced in this video: • Bosch 1600H Tankless W... ) but whenever we checked it was a solid 2.8V (AC) which was what it should have been putting out. Finally we found a reviewer on amazon (never saw another mention of this in all our research) who told us about a microswitch that can get out of adjustment. It's supposed to be self adjusting but after we reset it to default so far it's worked better than it ever did.
