I tried fixing my Bosch 2.4 v psr screw driver. I removed the two retaining pins and the whole gear /brake assembly fell out in bits and pieces. I tried reassembling and forced the pins out of alignment & couldn't get them out. I threw out the tool into garbage. But not one to give up retrieved it. Cut the plastic cover held out of alignment. Removed the pins. Thanks to your video I reassembled and it's working! Thanks again for detailed video though it's not the same model it was clear how to reassemble my tool.

Nice tear-down video you got there Sir. I made a tear-down video of Workzone Hammer drill but i wasn't able to put it back, but still At least I saw whats inside it. hehe. lesson learned

About the wires towards the switch: The brown and blue are the +,-. But what us the function of the white (thick) wire?? Rgd, Jan

What transistor (mosfet) is installed in it? I found a similar one in a junkyard and would like to restore its speed control.

Clean with WD40? So keep on spraying and brushing away the grime? What about the motor? Mine is smoking and actually has small,ember fire instead of bright yellow spark.

Hi, you can use any Grease Graphite. If you can not find it, you can also use simple grease

Bosch automatif turn off, while continuously operate in 15 minutes,. Could u cancel this feature. And which part should be take out or cut the cable?

My chuck was locked after I dropped my drill. However, after watching a couple of useless videos I found one where he simply squirted WD40 into the upright chuck and kept twisting it back and forth until it worked.
