Thank you. We purchased this model last year. So far happy with it although installed under cooktop so settlings had to see, dlad you clarified settings as manual somewhat confusing.

Do we need something to do before starting first time use of oven. Do we need to bake it at highest degree so that it will emit all bad chemicals and radiations before our first time use ?

You can do. Most of the time we would recommend putting it on the max temperature for about 15 minutes to burn off any residue or dust inside the oven.

The markup on these ovens are incredible. It makes today’s consumer look uninformed and stupid. Think about it, a metal box, heating elements and a fan.

You can, but i would normally leave the door open to keep an eye on the food whilst it is grilling

does it have a keep warm feature as I have this oven & need to keep my food warm for parties?Kindly advise.

It doesn't have a keep warm feature, you would just need to select a program that you can turn the temperature down to keep the food warm

Should we remove all accessories and grill rack( steel) before heating/cleaning a brand new oven Please answer somebody I am waiting

Not really. I'd recommend putting it on a high temperature over 200c for around 10 minutes with everything in it to burn off any dust that may be in there before cooking in there
