Job 24061718 was giving error F8069 which is an error in the internal +/- 15-volt supply; the tech found that electrolytic capacitors were leaking. Electrolyte carbonized the binder for the fiberglass board and caused a high resistance short between terminals of capacitor. Also corroded terminals on buck regulator. After he removed carbonized material and filled the space with epoxy; he replaced all electrolytic capacitors, buck regulator IC's and all the aged opto-couplers.
Testing by powering up the drive; now, the fault no longer appears. Display goes from boot 2.1, boot 2.4, boot 2.6, C02, C0285 flashing and last P3.
