I just purchased one of these at a pawn shop for $350. Sounds amazing.... distorts a little when I push my vocals though. Nice Godin as well.

Dude, great review and I am even more impressed with your singing and guitar playing skills. What digital device did you use to record your audio out mix? It sounds like a good quality recorder. Looped into laptop, small handheld recorder? I am a long time DJ, and never needed an audio recorder but now I am looking into getting one for random things.

Have you ever played a electric guitar in to it ? A Gibson Les Paul Standard . Why I ask is because the word acoustic is always said majority of times .

Andrés, would you say a model L1S with a B2 would be ridiculous overkill to use in home (open floor plan) for the sole purpose of attaining as close as possible to a grand piano sound from a digital piano/Pianoteq setup? I'll be asking pianists also, but since you have a model 2 and a great ear, I was interested in your opinion. Thanks for the review by the way! How does this compare to an L1 compact?
