I wear these at work! It feels like I'm not wearing anything on my ear and they last for the whole shift. They sound better than I thought for not being in your ear also. Love the physical buttons. They do just what I need.

If you wear prescription glasses all day and like to hear your tunes for most of your day and still want to hear your environment, i think these are perfect.

I run marathons. I regularly use open ear buds. I have the Bose on right now. I'm going to return them. First the cons. The price it too much. The app is unstable and loses connection, which was the same problem I had with the Ultra Quiets. They're horrible for calls. Anyone I talk to can't hear me because of background noise. They hear background noise more than me. Finally, my Shockz Open Fit are louder. Sometimes I need louder. These can't do that. My shockz are $180 too. The pros. They are the most comfortable open ear buds I ever wore. Awesome design. I can keep them on all day running, and no problems. The battery life is dope. I like the buttons. The pros aren't enough for me to keep these. I wanted to like them enough to keep, but they ain't worth no $300. I needed them to work well, but they don't. I hope they come out with an improved version using the same comfortable design. I appreciate what you do Floss. Thanks.😮

I LOVE the fact that my ear canal is well, open. Shockz hurt my ears and every brand of earbuds (6 types) either hurt or didn't fit well in my ears. If my solution is a bit pricy, oh well. Its not the first time to spend high money on something I needed...nor the last. 😊 ...Afterpay, here I come!!

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about these earbuds, especially considering their price. My primary concern was that my ears are sensitive to typical earphones and headphones. Usually, I can't stand having anything in or on my ears for more than 30 minutes max. However, these earbuds have completely changed the game in terms of comfort. I've been wearing them for over 5 hours now, and once they're in place, I forget they're even there. As for sound quality, while I'm aware they may not rival Bose's traditional earbuds, I must say the sound from these is excellent, including the bass. Having the traditional push-button control on each earbud is a nice touch. I firmly believe in the saying, "You get what you pay for," and for me, these earbuds are worth every penny. Kudos to Bose for delivering a fantastic and innovative product that checks all the boxes for me. I throughly recommend these earbuds.

I bought these and love them other than the price being TGDH. My ears are sensitive to buds that go in your ear canals. They are comfortable and the sound is great. The Buds Live were my previous favorite but these have taken the top spot.

I really want to want to want the Shokz. Their bone conduction was a game changer for me. I don’t really care about hearing my environment, but my ear canal is sensitive and small, and everything hurts, no matter the material, and even extra small tips; but carrying over ears is such a pain. These open ear Shokz looked like a great thing, but I tried them on at the store, and they do not stay in my left ear at ALL. I keep going back to try them hoping it will reveal itself to be a fluke but so far no luck. These Bose are on my radar, but the price is Woooooo ngl. Thanks for the review, Floss! I finally finished your video. I bought both the Bose and Shokz within 2 days of each other, and I like both for different reasons. This was my assessment of them Shokz Pros: Easy to put on. Louder. Bose Pros: Awesome sound quality. Incredible fit. Shokz Cons: Worse sound quality. Not as comfortable. Touch controls are trash. Bose Cons: Not loud enough for some situations. I weigh loudness pretty high so I’ll be switching between these two earbuds for a long time.

I love wearing my shocks doing chores around the house, and is like I am not even wearing anything! I agree, and that they sounds really nice to me. Not the best sounds quality, but to bop around the house or around town, theyre great if you want more situational awareness.

An excellent, in depth and entertaining review. Just found out about these online as I find ear buds, such as my Sony XM4's, become uncomfortable after a while. Pricey but I like Bose as have a few of their products, so think I will give these a go. Thanks Mr Carter

Yo! I've been rocking with the Boss aka Floss since day one, and it didn't take long for me to realize that Floss will spit opinions and facts, and you will not get it twisted, which is which. I've made numerous purchases based on his recommendation, and it's usually been on point. If I'm going to keep it a brick with y'all, there's NOT much that he reviews that I couldn't buy... However, no one should pay TGDM for anything if you can avoid it. The Boss will tell you how to get Flossy tech without getting your pockets flipped like you've been finessed by sweetbuns at the club in the VIP section. 💪🏿😉💪🏿

Thanks for this review. I was curious but if you say the Shokx sound better, I'll pass. I do prefer the SoundCore AeroFit Pro over the Shokx. May not be as comfortable, but the sound to me was much better. And, I use them all day for work calls with no issue. All the best.

Floss I’m being honest but these sound really good when you’re outside in the elements. I got them to try them out, the software updated occurred and I don’t know what the update was all about, I did notice a little connection loss after the update. They sound really good when they are positioned lower on the ear. The bose are aimed directly into the canal when they are cuffed lower on the ear. The immersive sound is good, but I turned that off when I went for a run. I noticed that the music sound was loud and I still was able to hear the lawn mower as I passed by and the cars come up on me while on my run. Really different from my bone conduction headset from shokz. I’m probably going to try the shokz open fits and some cheap ear cuff buds to compare. $300 is still high, they should be around $150-$180. Great video review.

Sup Flossy, long time consumer and fan of your content. Im looking at buying some new buds for just listening to podcasts and youtube videos at night, not worried about music. I think these are good cause i can keep one in and sleep on the other side, and it doesnt sit in your ear like normal buds which is bad for your ears if you leave em in too long or fall asleep. Any other recommendations or you think these are the way to go?

I picked these up with a credit that I had on Amazon. Cost My 27 bucks. At that price point they are a steal. In a quiet room they are both comfortable and good for podcasts, background music while working, working out or for Zoom/Teams calls. They don’t fall out while working out. I just tried them on a plane ride and they are just not good, even at full volume.

I’ve looking to upgrade I’ve had the Bose sound sport for awhile and the plastic have finally worn off. I’m leaning towards the AirPod pro 2 for the price.

I'm using Bose qc 2. Love them. If they continue to work, then I won't need anything new unless the technology really changes!
