You know, people really do get fired for being late, unfortunately. Depending on how frequently they’re late, how long they’re late, and the reason for being late. Sometimes circumstances happen. Unfortunately not every boss is understanding. I’ve been late to work a few times, mostly not too late. Mostly due to traffic. One time because I got my shift time mixed up. Dumb! But my bosses have always been understanding. As they put it “just get here safely. Don’t speed. Don’t rush. Just get here safely.”

That's good that you have understanding Bosses. If I'm late at my job we get point deductions. Unfortunately at 7 points, we are terminated. Sometimes our Union is able to help us from getting terminated if we had family emergencies, sickness and etc. But we have to provide documentation for our tardies and absences.

That's how my job is. Full of understanding, compassionate people. Nobody holds people responsible for being late because company knows that everyone is coming many far places in the city, and the traffic is horrible. The managers and HR department just simply say, "Get here safely and don't worry about the traffic, kids, or school zones, we understand." Working for this place has left me with regular blood pressure, managing weight loss, and good spirit, and I give it all thanks to God. To God be the glory.

People really do get fired for a lot of different reasons. Being late, not showing up on time and make an unacceptable choice to be absent.

There might be some circumstance regarding the employee being late, wished the boss would try listening before firing him. Not that it would excuse being late, but try listening why this makes him late will be better for performance. I was late once, but through incentive, started being early and earned a promotion to Team Trainer. Vid Chronicles Fam, treat everyone with love and kindness, think of the possibilities before aiming to eject your team member for lateness. Let love lead the way!!!!!

It says in Isaiah, God's ways are not our ways. God's thoughts are not our thoughts. God of the plan for you. even though you may have setbacks. God put some there for a reason. Rather to save you from heartache? to tell you who scamming you? Rather to tell you about a way for the right time. It has to be done in God's timing. If God's going to do something. do something. It'll be his timing and his timing alone. Sometimes bad things happen for a reason. And you may not understand why When the Lord decides. you may have questions like why? But there's a reason he puts obstacles in your way. even though we may not like it. There's a reason for it. And don't rush into things. Don't rush into a relationship right away. Take things slowly. If it's meant to happen, it's meant to happen. If it's not, it's not. People rush into things all the time. And it ends up into a disaster waiting to happen.
