@@Darkvisor Likely parked because something has failed. The transmission likely or the bike runs too hot. I installed an Airgap Edelbrock intake on my 502 with a Demon 850cfm carb. The boss hole locations at the back of the intake I drilled out and ran braided 5/8ID lines to the thermostat housing to get better water flow. Might have helped some but still ran at 200F on a cool day in Plano, Tx. The wife and I trailered to Sturgis (4 times on 4 diff bikes) and it would overheat. I retarded the 502 timing and that seemed to be the best for cooling a little bit. For a $40,000 machine it was just too much to deal with. I said never again on the BH. Neat idea that was tried by many builders but not practical.

The 2002 Triumph Rocket 3 GT is the better of the bikes. Boss Hoss can't compete in quality. performance, or durability. I own the Rocket and had 2 Boss Hoss bikes. And no not bad but actually stodgy. I have a KZfaq link riding my BH 502 into Sturgis. It drew a lot of attention. But ran hot and needed repairs while I was there in 2002. The Triumph won't leave you stranded and the torque is far greater.

It looks like the UK in places apart from the nutter riding a big block in a bike. Love it. I used to have a 350 Camaro with high compression pistons, elderbrok manifold, 750 cfm holley carbs and high lift cams so I know what power can be made.
