We call them Tri Axles, for some Reason certain states have to have the little tires on the axles.. we have super singles here in Ontario on our main Spiff pusher axle and works great

Personally I’d work harder with making more per hour. Just depends how much pride they have in their personal work and the company. My job gives us the worse raises known to man and they are a big corporate business, which makes most people just do the bare minimum and workers like me just feel un appreciated and under compensated.
