Marco Falcioni presents the Boss collection for autumn-winter 2023 in Milan. He watched Spike Jonze's film Being John Malkovich and was inspired by the bureaucratic environment. The collection moves away from the uniformity of office wear by revisiting suits, blouses and ties. Clothing is used to empower. Backstage, all the models are bosses. The dynamic young executive meets the CEO of all CEOs. Our favourite Amelia Gray arrives late and struggles to remember her way around the catwalk. ARMANDO CABRAL is on the verge of firing us all. The cast ranged from supermodels Gigi Hadid and Paloma Elsesser to athletes of all stripes like Anthony Joshua and actor Lee Min-ho.
Before the show, Lena Mahfouf, Sébastien Frit and Riadh are really excited to be here! We'd love to know what they thought of the collection, but by the end of the show, the room had turned into a nightclub! It was impossible to hear what they thought of the show...

Marco Falconni es la pera limonero ole tú genio y figura ..ahí lo ves sencillo bonachón para ir de tapas por mi Galicia y lo que han hecho él y su equipo es imaginación al cubo y la ropa muy posible muy normal ,sin estridencias me encanta muy años 80-90 alucinante colores ,texturas ,formas, elegante y sencillo

BOSS…really like this show from Marco Falcioni…his vision and cinematic inspiration …along with his elevated thought process…embracing diversity, inclusivity…..the focus on genderless, unisex pieces..experimenting with eco friendly and innovative design….. .a nod to the past in the present….futuristic juxtaposed with the present referencing and turning the everyday office objects into decorative to be worn …like relics of the past…tools used to create the written word… beautiful powerful suit and overcoat tailoring…and as always ….presented with real Boss attitude by Loic and his team….😘
