You can tell he still works out but is exaggerating for the show. He works out but isn’t as strict since he doesn’t do competitions.

I follow bodybuilding comps so I know you can retain a lot of muscle due to muscle memory after being a professional. The only things is that once you are off competition and eat the way he does for a long period of time, without training, you can gain fat over your muscles. That’s why boss yang hides under baggy clothes. However if he goes back serious dieting and weight training, he can definitely go back to his old form.

I like his attitude of not complaining at all when he's working out but the moment he's alone he whines abt his crew. Shows that he really is passionate abt fitness and his gym.

Honestly, the more I watch boss yang, the more he's my type. He's always buying there trainers food, bringing them out to play and mostly doing what's best for them 😍😍😍 I think he has a soft heart AND HONEST!

He just looks like a bodybuilder off season....a lot of athletes when they’re not competing or actively working gain weight to build larger muscles later. I hate how this show exaggerates so much about boss yang. It’s starting to become dull

Most people who don't workout regularly don't really understand these things, but It seems to be even more so in Asia, probably because most people don't really work out there, unlike in the West where more people are working out

@@prodigypenn from what you said before Asians do workout a lot and are generally more fit than most westerners because of the workouts and care for our bodies it usually doesn’t show as most Asians don’t workout for bulked muscles or muscles at all to show just to keep body fat low and keep fit

웨이트를 좋아해서 취미로만 지금까지 운동한게 10년이 넘음. 한때는 이직을 고려 할 정도로 정말 진지하게 생각해 트레이너 면접까지 봤는데 몸 좋다고 한번에 붙음. 일단 회원들 지도하면서 수료증 따고 대회도 차근차근 나가면 된다고 하더라. 근데 아무리 생각해도 대회경험도 없고 간단한 자격증 하나 없는 내가 운동경력 좀 있다는 이유로 회원들 지도할 자격이 되는지 스스로에게 의문이 들어 때려치웠는데 재들은 운동한다는 애들이 방송탄지가 언젠데 몸이 아직도 저 수준에 머물러 있는지...사실 요즘 헬스장 카운터 보던 애들이 갑자기 트레이너 되고 단골 회원이 트레이너 되는 개판인 세상이지만 그래도 몸들은 평타는 치던데 쟤들은 솔직히 6개월 빡세게 하면 저것보다 훨씬 좋은 몸 만들 수 있는 수준임. 키 큰애는 뭐 운동 경험 1도 없는 몸이고. 남의 몸을 코디 한다는건 정말정말 책임감을 가져야 하는 직업인데 제발 직업정신을 좀 가져주세요.

체중88에 골근 36.7인데 체육관 관장하는 거 실화냐...? 내가 체중 70왔다갔다하는데 골근 34.6나오는데 쌩일반인이고 취미로 하는데 ㅁㅊ... 운동방법도 진짜 쌍팔년도 씩 자극, 조지는 스타일 극혐 대회 나가본 적도 없는 것도 이상하고 프로필 사진은 컨디션 좋을 때 찍은 것도 한창 스택 돌릴 때 최상이였던거 찍고 지금 다 끊어서 아예 그냥 호르몬 나가리된 듯

a bodybuilder can retain their muscle even after they quit lifting for like 5 to 6 year even 10 year by eating a high protein diet and normal activity ofc that bodybuilder also gain fat and not look good as they use to be , boss yang is a good example
