J'ai toujours aimé la musique brésilienne. Durant les années 80 je fréquentais rue Mouffetard à Paris Chez Fellix boite brésilienne ou l'on pouvait manger et après danser la samba c'était le bon temps!!!!

Tuve la oportunidad de conocer este teatro aunque solo fue por fuera y ahí me tome una foto durante un viaje relámpago que realice a Costa Rica en Octubre de 1999, conoci varias localidades y lugares como Heredia, el volcán irazu y otros mas . maneje algunos kilómetros por ahí y fuimos hasta Gua piles un lugar muy colorido del trópico etc.. Me encanto Costa rica y su gente. Y ahora que veo que aparte del CALYPSO veo que también a los TICOS les gusta el BOSSA NOVA como a mi. Saludos a todos los aqui presentes desde MEXICO.. Gracias una vez mas por compartir este hermoso concierto .Gracias...

Que grande eres Rosa!!!! Me encanta con la calidez que cantas dando un colorido a todas las melodias que interpretas. Estoy de acuerdo con el comentario de Antoline Garcia el realizador de la grabacion un matao muy malo, no te enfoca cuando debe para que te veamos lo impresionante que estas sobre el escenario, la orquesta fenomenal..UN SALUDO A TODOS LOS AMANTES DE LA BOSSANOVA.

Even though this video is a number of years old, it is something I listen to literally every day since I discovered it just recently. I have always been a huge fan of bossa nova and samba rhythms (especially the former). And I love the musical compositions of Antonio Carlos Jobim. I first became acquainted with bossa nova music as a boy. My parents had just bought a new home stereo system, which included an LP phonograph turntable, and it came with a selection of free records. One of those was by the Paul Winter Sextet, an instrumental group, playing bossa nova music. I was hooked and played it over and over. Fast forward to just two years ago, I attended a concert of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra which consisted of a Jobim tribute. I had never heard this style of music set to strings before, but it lends itself perfectly...and here it is again!

Rose Max and Ramatis live in Miami . They are normally performing in a cafe/ nightclub there They may have suspended this for Covid. I live in Brasil. I would like to catch their. Show maybe next year.

I have listened to very little else for the last two and half years ... when I fell into deep love with all of it .... so I listen over and over .. and finally start to figure out very small pieces on the piano and flute ... I am on a mission ... my own ... to own as as much of this heavens nectar ... as god will let me ... it feels like home ... with homework
