One thing I don’t think gets mentioned enough is that - similar to the goblin barrel evo - the evolution diamond when you play the regular drill exposes its location, making it far easier to anticipate.

the first goblin spawns slowly enough not to make it matter unless you panic your defense,but then they wouldn't notice the "diamond" anyway

clash royale is actually like a drug it took money and time and you barely enjoyed it so i quit and tbh i spend time with friends and just like skygazing and stuff, it’s really nice.

I never use the goblin drill but I got very luckily and got the evolved version in the lucky drop; all 6 of the shards. I don't know if they intend for that to happen, but yea

Maybe a good nerf would be that instead of spawning 1 goblin each time it comes back up it instead spawns goblin decoys, so its easier to kill

Goblins aren't hard to kill at all, it was them spawning in 3 different spots multiple times that was the bad thing

The issue is its location change because unless there is some perfect timing needed to defend with a splash ranged troop, the goblins are guaranteed getting damage. Not to mention the drill spawn damage

0:45 Did SC changed cycling Champions lately? Boss casted Poison before Mighty Miner died, yet he got Mighty Miner in the hand before getting poison. He cycled only 3 cards (Log, Skellies, Ice Spirit) to get him back. I see this behaviour in my games as well. I place my Champion in the back for 3 card cycle and I'm getting it back before expected.

not gonna lie i don't feel like it's worth the evo slot. nerfs the normal drill by showing where it's placed every time, and i feel like the wack-a-mole stuff doesn't usually net much extra damage if any at all
