My daughter bless her heart put a bowl of rice in the microwave for 4 mins. She wanted to do it herself cause she knew how mom. We heard the explosion from the livingroom. Turns out there was about 2 spoonfuls of cooked rice in the bowl. Lesson, don't put almost empty glass bowls in the micro for 4 mins. Same daughter a couple weeks later has made for herself a bowl of chef boyardi. She's asked permission to eat her meal at the coffee table while we watch a movie. I said sure! She crossed the living room and was making her way around the coffee table when she lost her grip on the bowl. It landed square on the floor and literally exploded across the full length of the room. Still finding chef boyardi sauce stuck to stuff 5 years later.
