If you’re having trouble with Bossk, I recommend staying away from the objectives and just sniping your opponents from far.

@@YummyCracker thats the type of player i hate the most especially in GA mode as we all know GA is all about objectives based. Same goes with stupid useless sniper camper that does nothing other than sit far back and miss all sniper shot fuck these type of players

I'd say the best teammate for Bossk is iden versio, because stun droid to mines and a good headshot from both of you will melt any hero. But yeah Vader is a safe option for bossk

One tip for bossk idk if it's in the video but you can activate the mines in mid air while you are jumping and is very helpful against saber hero

Don’t forget that Predator Instincts also increases Bossk’s sprint speed massively. Also, Dioxis Grenade stops enemies from healing - this is especially useful for destroying heroes who have been damaged.

Agreed. I used to think he was complete shit until they nerfed him and I gave him a shot. Pity... His old jump used to be really fun! At least there are the speed, jump height, and damage glitches now! Lol

Yooo Sammy boi, nice video. Actually changed up my bossk cards and now I can actually destroy HvV matched with him. One thing I noticed you did not pit in your video was his melee damage with and without his predators instincts on. In the description it states he gets a strength increase when it's activated and I can see it when I play, just kinda wish I knew the damage output 😆 non the less great video and keep it up. Now we need an iden video

I am currently playing Bossk and I have to say that among all the shooter heroes and villains, personally he is the hardest to play. But when you catch the feeling, he is literally unbeatable. I adore Bossk, thanks for the video, very helpful!

I love playing Bossk. He'll probably be my first Max player. Make sure you're constantly moving with him, and he's a difficult target to hit.

Bossk glitch: If you get a force ability used against you at the same moment you drop the mines, the mines set and it glitches to instantly reload your mines🤓

also, when you spawn in as bossk, use predator instincts (middle ability) and quickly deactivate it. If done right, you’ll still have the ability available and you will have all the stats that he would of had with the middle ability on

I'm on a grind to level up everything to it's max star cards and I happened to get to Bossk and my gosh until I actually started playing him I didn't realize just how amazing he is. I tend to only do Lightsaber heroes but Bossk is different. He may not have the best health but his star cards and abilities well make up for it. He truly is an amazing character and by far my favorite blaster hero.

I can't even tell you how many bossks I've killed in hvv as han and got a couple headshots but bossk is god tier on crait and naboo crait cause his sniper is god and naboo for the second and last phase

for hvv/showdown: best cards: multi traps, trap arming speed, name your poison or lingering dioxis characters to be aware of: rey, leia, anakin, spammy lukes general tips: put down mines as early as possible so that you can have new ones ready by the time they are used, use gas for healing if you have the card, or stopping regen, a good bossk will use the most of their abilities but will also be decent with his sniper

I haven't played in over a year but his noxious gases could go through walls. I used to use his gas grenades by sticking them underneath the objectives if the big tanks to clear out the clone troopers.

Two tips you did not mention. First, if a hero comes to already laid down mines, that's 350+ damage. Bossk can lay down new mines for another 350+ damage. Then the hero can be finished off by one shot or gas. Second, if the mines laying animation is disrupted by hero's force, there will be no recharge time for new mines. That's instant 750+ damages if used wisely (such as in close spaces).

Underrated opinion: Bossk's hipfire shooting is very good, being able to pretty much 2-3 shot troopers and reinforcements assuming you hit your shots at somewhat close range.

I am a bossk main. Here is what I use. ALWAYS use multi traps For GA/ Supremacy: Lingering dioxis, Unrelenting predator HVV: Trap arm speed, Unrelenting predator Showdown: Trap arm speed and damage reduction

@@fearthekrakens4656 Cause for Lingering dioxis it will only stay in one spot, and they can move out of it. I prefer to throw dioxis on objective in GA cause they can't leave objective if they want to win. If I get a lot of kills with grenade launcher I can spam the dioxis and get the mines back faster for defense.

@@fearthekrakens4656 I think KZfaq deleted my first comment. For HVV I prefer Unrelenting predator so I can get mines back for defense faster. They can just move out of dioxis because there is no objective, so I find that Lingering dioxisis less useful. For GA I throw dioxis on objective because if they get off objective they will lose

I want to tell a story. Back when I was new to the game I had trouble getting past 3rd place, often not even getting a hero. One day I was able to get Bossk on the last CO-OP objective on Kashyyk but I think we still lost. After that round I got a message on Xbox live, and it was a Jaya message saying I barely got any kills and shouldn't play as heros. Instead of being offended and what not I decided to really step up my game and now Bossk is my honesty level hero at almost 200. I even have some of my highest kill streaks with Bossk that break 250 kills (I got all those kills on last objective of Jabbas palace in CO-OP). Sometimes I even go back to that message and update that person on my progress (I never get a response).

I love playing as boba fett Even though I’m level 699 and people get intimidated by that number. His star cards are butt and he’s the toughest player to not die with. I like that challenge :)

Imo the star card loadout you picked is flawed. You should try the card where gas bomb instantly starts health regen and also the 2 additional prox mines are a must imo. Boosk is def the best blaster hero imo

Bossk Main here, and I personally think the only person you need to be worried about is Han. The saber heroes don't have anything against your relby. This is a pretty good guide, but I'd say he can really destroy in showdown if you play AGRESSIVE and use the speed and jump glitch

You forgot to mention that Boosk's micro grenades (from Predator Insticts) knocks opponents to the ground as well (if of course they don't end up taking them out!) That is if of course it doesn't end up taking them out

My personal opinion but my star cards for bossk are Name your poison, Spreading the disease and Multi-traps I use these stat cards because it’s way easier to take out Jedi if Anakin is running at me I would just throw the poison smoke and then lay out the bombs and use Predator instinct

I feel like I'm one of the only people that uses Spreading the Disease (the card that makes dioxis thicker and do more damage). It is soooo OP in choke point maps like Naboo, Hoth, Kamino, etc.

For star cards I'd recommend the ones for bigger dioxis grenade and longer duration + the ones with extra mines. Lvl 300 bossk.

Spreading the disease is bugged no? Level 250 bossk here. I'd say for hero modes, use trap arming speed, the one with more mines, and the damage reduction with predator instincts card, and for trooper modes, the extra bombs, lingering dioxis, and the one that extends the time you can use predator instincts for each kill. What do you think?

I think bossk is really underrated in hvv. Like yeah if you're not too good as bossk than he's gonna suck but if you know how to play him in hvv he can destroy

As a Max Bossk main myself and literally one of the greatest Bossk players alive, I advise using Ultimate predator, lingering dioxis and multi traps. Bossk relies on his abilities more than anyone else so buffing all 3 is just incredible.

Bossk is the best blaster hero in the game if you can use him well. The best health regen in the game, the best jump out of any blaster hero, insane abilities and star cards + a good all rounder. Counters in a 1vs1: Anakin, Han Solo, Leia Luke will lose in a fair 1 vs 1 most of the time. Bossk's damage and health regen are insane and Luke's health regen is bad. Even if you get hit with a force power all you need to do is press R1 at the same time and you will have a set of proximity mines at the ready.

Trash Bossks are easy kills. A legitimately good Bossk in any mode is pretty scary. HvV Bossk sweats (I'll admit that I'm one of them) will jump around like a goddamn rabbit and spam mines, instincts, and dioxis.

He so fucking blatantly op You can’t shoot him from a distance because she just runs away and regens all his health You can’t go up to him and try to kill him since his mines are almost impossible to see. Even if you manage to get close to him he just throws down the stupid gas and spams grenades at you
