I dislike perms unless they just cemented in. If they ground your teeth... hoo boi, you stupid. Perm don't mean they cut your teeth like veneers, they just cemented them. It doesnt seem like he got his teeth nubbed for perms though, so thats good. A good point to mention is gold is highly malleable, so the tips of the fronts get ratty and bent from eating food, and if you have em iced, the setting getting bent is a perfect storm for losing a diamond or worse; chipping a tooth on one. I prefer deep cut pullouts, Its the best of both worlds. they look just as permanent, but they'll last longer because you can take them out to eat
