Wow, beautiful. But is she being amplified by the mic and speakers? Or that's just for recording purposes? Her voice has plenty of power naturally, so please no electronic boosting.

Thank you for your kind comments! I was not amplified in the space, but the mics were there to capture the audio for the digital stream.

I like to imagine that Handel would really have enjoyed this, unless of course he was "gay", which has been suggested.

@@sydneyanderson1940 That's a very naive question ! Of course, if it was an LP or CD, he might or might not have preferred this performance to others. But this is a VIDEO, and heterosexual men are liable to REALLY enjoy this (I did say "really", that is "exceptionally") for visual reasons which you don't seem to appreciate. Apart from anything else, she has what is sometimes called a great "stage presence". When she cries out to the sister of Jerusalem, you get the feeling that she really is one, although apparently she isn't.
