We are at quarters of Boston Fire Department Engine 7, Ladder 17, and District Chief 4 at 200 Columbus Avenue in the Back Bay neighborhood, where we see the engine as they get toned out 3rd due to Box 712 for a structure fire at the MBTA World Trade Center bus station at 525 Congress Street. Engine 39, Engine 2, and Engine 3 were 1st due, 2nd due, and 4th due engines respectively. Ladder 18 and Tower Ladder 3 were 1st and 2nd due trucks. Rescue 1 and District Chief 6 also responded to the Box. The call ended up being nothing more than an issue with the overhead wires that cause a small fire, and was put out quickly. Engine 7 returned to quarters about 10 minutes later. Engine 7 is a 2017 E-One Typhoon. Ladder 17 is a brand new 2022 E-One Cyclone Metro with a 100 foot rear-mount stick. District Chief 4 is a 2017 Chevy Suburban. Enjoy the sounds of the tones, as well as the view of the rig as it responds, and the sounds of the siren as they run out.
