Nice to see so many people turn out to see the great game of chess. I hope all the chess publicity since covid and Queen's gambit, and some other stuff has shown people it's not boring like a lot of people seem to think. wow what a huge difference you see when those "still very good" hustlers around 2000 play against a GM....quick destruction without mercy, impressive. Feels like when you play against stockfish or so...within few moves, the attacks keep coming and you cant stop them

@@chriskastner1938 hard to say. We can only speculate. Dave seems like around 2000, Mike seems slightly weaker than Dave but Mike beats Dave on occasions too. I think making blunders in quick time controls is not unusual, if Mike had more time to think like classical chess, he would probably be very solid. I would say Dave is around 2000 and Mike right below 2000 but not far from it

Hans played a tournament and beat everyone, and the Hans hater club said he had to be cheating. Then Magnus played an IM (bottom of the barrel) and lost twice. Who cheated? Not possible that one player beats another without cheating... according to some people for some players.
