The Pacers inexperience (turnovers during crucial moments, sudden indecisiveness) coupled with big-time plays from JB and Tatum - handed the Celtics the game. Not putting a bigger guy on Tatum in the extra period was costly, resulting in a pair of 3s from Tatum. If the Pacers can keep their turnovers to a minimum (below 10) next game and consistently keep their frenetic work rate the whole game, we have a series on our hands. This will not be a cake-walk for the Celtics like everyone thought it would.

The Knicks had a whole team injured and almost won the series. The Pacers aren't that good a team and were very lucky to reach the conf. finals. The Celtics, on the other hand, are extremely unreliable, especially without Porzingis. So I imagine this being an unnecessarily long series, with the Celtics winning in 6 or 7. Whoever comes out of the East won't be able to win the finals, anyway. The two best teams at this point are in the West.

As a Mavs fan it was really hard watching the refs call everything for Boston. Free throw disparity was just insane with Boston shooting 20 more free throws than pacers in a game that went to overtime

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the Celtics have NO coaching staff. The only way the Pacers are a dangerous team is playing fast paced, and the Celtics literally played in their hands by going fast paced. Has anyone at least bothered to watch the Pacers against the Bucks or the Knicks? Didn't they see how much the Pacers struggled when the game slows down? Umbelievable.
