A big botanical Garden palm house for my Sims. Here they can have a nice cup of tea amongst the lush tropical greenery, romantic dates in the evening, or just stroll around and enjoy the view.

This is gorgeous and must have taken forever! Is it still fun at that point, or does it get tedious? We are lucky you did it for us! BTW I am enjoying one of your builds for Horse Ranch. I am playing the Grove Family and love the build so much, in particular the landscaping. So unique but gives it such a finished feel, I'm trying not to change the build any more than necessary as I play!

Aww that's so cool to hear that you use my build for HR. But feel free to change everything or even bulldoze. I know that everyone has their own little story to tell with the build an maybe also needs way more bedrooms etc. So yeah, don't you ever feel bad when you change my builds. I'm always happy when people use them in their game, however feel free to change everything aswell! =) Building itself doesn't get tedious at all. Especially when I can do builds like these that have no pack restrictions and are also structures I personally enjoy more than an American Suburban Family Home. Builds like these also don't get used that much in game and are also less watched than your American Suburban Family Home. I have to admit that this is the only part that makes me sad a bit, but I remind myself that we all play and perceive the game differently and that is also the beauty of this game.

@@Simproved that's so kind! Even though I love watching builds I really don't like making them myself so I'm so glad people like you help us live mode players out ❤️ I'm surprised these don't get more views, they're so unique!! I think I might adapt it as a wedding venue in my game

for the TV for the bar thing i always just put it somewhere inaccessible like in a basement by itself because I really don’t understand why a bar needs a TV but go off ig sims 😂

right, I could have done that. I'll add it to my private save then, just so that the setting can be switched to bar. However just in general I'm a big no TV in bars advocate in The Sims. These dumb little virtual people seem to flock to the TV and keep staring at it while STANDING in front of it. Just in general I think Sims stand around a lot more than people would actually do. Same with the Cafe setting here, you will have around 10 Sims all standing in front of the counter and drinking,eating and chatting. No one sits the eff down. I hate it.

This could be great to be added to other worlds as well, 100%. Just personally thought Britechest really needs a city-botanical garden in the center. Also...uh.. plants... so yeah, my brain is simple, I see a possible plant related build, I build it!

Simproved - Great build and interesting commentary. Also - are you the one who built (well, added to) the ‘Dojo and Spa’ build by TheGreatSimphony. If so - compliments on the cool build, we used it as the film set for our wuxia segment (02:28) in the ‘Let’s visit a haunted house’ episode. It’s a beautiful build, lots of nice details. The only downside for filming is that the Sims were fascinated by the lily pad ponds, so instead of staying in their costumes, they kept switching to their swimsuits so they could go swimming. It was chaos (but entertaining).
