One team needs 272 in 60 overs, other team needs 10 wickets. All 3 results possible. Overcast, seam and swing, grit, passion, energy, psychological battle, skills, patience, mental strength, victory, defeat, 22 men playing for honour and respect. Add all of these and what you get is test cricket.

With all due respect to all the well dignified commentators, The producers on occasions like these may stop having commentary of the match. If you want to see an aggressive captain see Douglas Jardine. England captain during the body line series using Larwood to stop Bradman. He invented the leg side theory so all the batsman could do was try to defend themselves. No helmets. Now that’s aggression.
