you should be recapping the needle after filling with saline and not lying it down on the table.....the vial should be alcohol wiped for sanitary reasons....I would think that controlling the vacuum effect from gushing the saline into the fragile powder may damage it

Please use an alcohol prep pas unopened to pop the top of a glass vial. Please use a filter needle when removing any liquid from a glass vial. Please recap your needle before laying it back down on the unclean surface. Please wipe the top of the vial with alcohol before injecting. Please don't allow the saline to empty on top of the crystals, it should be allowed to empty onto the side of the vial. This honestly scares me if this is supposed to be a trained medical professional.

when you remove the cap you need to wipe the bottle with alcohol !!! when you insert the needle you should do it right in the middle not on the side

No need when you do open it for the first time. on successive use, wipe with alcohol

Christina Suarez when using and injecting yourself yes you may recap. But as soon as you inject a patient you NEVER recap a used needle. This is standard medical practice

If the patient has only one or two areas to do (yet they are older and the lines are deeper and the muscles stronger in those areas) what is the least amount of saline we can use against the bottle of 100 units?

Hi, Ive seen that 10ml bottles only have a very short shelf life, therefore is the a way of extracting just a short amount of the powder to use for a few uses? I have spare empty sterile bottles and saline/bac water.

You must use in 24 hrs with reg saline. You can use one with a preservative
