I never leave comments but OMG you changed my life with this tutorial! I wasn’t sure it was going to work because my hair is shorter and uneven, but I bought the Bed Head wand curler and the Revlon brush blow dryer. I also went in with my Conair blow dryer cause the roots weren’t as straight as I needed them to be (ok and I flat ironed my roots) but it turned out ahhhhhh-mayzing. I’m still getting compliments and it’s 3 days later! This is going to be my new look! Thank you for sharing your energy and your light!

I have 4c hair and tried that style and it worked just fine. As long as you blow dry your hair fully you’ll be fine

I bought this dryer from ulta and second use it exploded in my hands but I have 3b/c hair and it didn’t work for my hair type anyways, but it works great on type 4 hair 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Her hair is 4c, it just have different density/volume then the typical super thick 4c hair. 4c is just the texture, it doesn’t fully define how the hair looks. And especially if she uses heat often , her hair could be trained

4c is not just the texture. It's the curl pattern too. Her curl pattern is too loose to be 4c.

lavina atieno I think it really depends on the strength of your hair. For my hair, it’s pretty fragile and I know anything over 400 degrees will damage it pretty badly

People should understand this is 4c cared for hair. This is not 4c damaged or just taken my hair out of a weave hair. This is hair that has been cared for, for a long time, and it will be a lot easier to work with.

David Johnson hmm it is not “4c” hair. Cared for doesn’t mean that curls will be more defined. I have similar hair and it is definitely not like the other “4c” haïr people claim to have. Not all natural hair is “4c”

@@helenlucka My whole family has 4c hair, and everything is dependent on how the hair has been cared for, looked after, processed, or how it has been left. Age also matters. My sisters hair could BEND an hot iron comb back in the day without a strand falling out, today she can barely put a brush and hair is everywhere. Yes, it is all about the regular and consist conditioner, deep conditioner, mask, and leave in conditioner, it will soften the hair.

@@helenlucka She should know her own hair type, and it must be highly annoying for someone who has taken the time to care for their hair to be told their hair is not a certain type. I am sure if she used shampoo, and left her hair out without any conditioning treatment a few times, we would see 4C.
