We are still in the fight but with walking wounded out there due to our ever growing injury crisis. Survival might come down to who we have available for the last 10 games but we still have full faith in Rob and the squad. And we still have massive respect for AFC Bournemouth

All true, but last nights result had little to do with the injury list. The game management was poor and sadly as soon as Solanke scored I feared 3 wasn't going to be enough to win the game, which it should be. This result is a real confidence zapper more than any other this season. Luton have thrown away 3 crucial points, points they badly needed if they're realistically goint to have a chance of survival.

I really like watching Luton's attacking game, but they are very weak when it comes to defensive transitions. Good match 👍

I can laugh about this result now, losing a 3-0 lead to 4-3 😂 At the start of the season i thought we'd be getting hammered 4-0 every other game, so the fact we're gutted after losing by one goal shows we've done better than expected. We were all expecting to come straight back down anyway, but we're still very much alive with 10 games to go.

LTFC have outscored Man Utd according to the BBC but too many times great performances have not produced any points due to these late one goal defeats. It's frustrating because they is very little to choose between Luton and a lot of other Premier league clubs, particularly teams like Bournemouth and Palace. Better defence and we would be level with or above them.

Tactically naive. You're 3-0 up at half time, the game is pretty much won. You just need to prevent your oppo from scoring. So, go 4141 and put everyone behind the ball. Be as compact as possible and make yourself as difficult to break down as possible. It was obvious Bournemouth were going to come out all guns blazing for the second 45, so why were Luton still set up as if we needed to try and stretch Bournemouth and score goals? That work had already been done. Very worrying that a manager of a Premier League team has been this naive and thrown away 3 points in such a manner.

A manager of a Premier League team who everybody predicted would be down by Christmas. We are still in the fight but with walking wounded out there due to our ever growing injury crisis. Survival might come down to who we have available for the last 10 games. We still have full faith in Rob and the squad and even if we should fall at the last hurdle, we want Rob and the boys in charge of our promotion challenge come August.

@KebabMusicLtd I'm not debating any of that, and I haven't said anything about any of that. I said he was extremely tactically naive - doesn't matter if you've got injuries or all your squad fit, being that bad tactically will always be a huge weakness. I like Edwards, I like his leadership and think he's a great fit, but he got it very wrong yesterday for the second half. He keeps saying we have to learn from our mistakes and get better, and in the main the players have been doing that. There have been massive improvements across the board in the playing squad. All that work is undone if the tactics are lacking and that showed yesterday, costing us 3 extremely valuable points at this stage of the season.

Rob Edwards has said he doesn't think Luton are good enough to just try to hang on to leads in the PL - and that was long before so many crucial injuries. It is looking like this philosophy should have been adjusted though.

@user-ct1cj6hs8d He must not have been watching the game where we almost managed it against the (curently) 2nd best team in the league, and that was just a single goal. Yes, this time we had more injuries, but we also had more goals. A point would have been perfectly acceptable away to Bournemouth to most fans, I would think. Yet we ended up with nothing. He's spoken often about being brave in games and it is often said that bravery and foolishness go hand in hand. In my opinion the brave thing to do would be trust the players' determination and spirit and let them defend their lead.

Edwards keeps saying we need to look at it and learn, but you are not learning. Getting the basics right NJ used to say. This is not getting the basics right and the defense is seriously bad. Did we get a receipt for Hashi, terrible.

Tbf mate the injuries don’t help the fact we’ve gone 3-0 up in the first place with the squad we have atm is mad in itself, I think these next 10 games are all finals now and we’ve got to win saturday now. We’re lacking the spine of our team in being osho, Lokonga, adebayo. If there back soon I think we might be alright
