He improve his top speed a bit during the year, but he could be faster. The thing he does extremely well is picking his spot to join the rush. How many WHL D score 25g and over 70pts at 18yrs. Im guessing not many. It would be a big mistake to pass on him at 3-4overall. Sometime I struggle having enough footage for a montage. In his case a had too much good stuff and he's a D. One of my favorite from the draft. Absolutely love him. #1 D

@@zohraishv It can be improve espicially for younger and taller player. They usually lack the legs strenght. He already improve his top speed a bit. Really not that consern. He will be a stud.

Chicago will pick Byram. They need a real potential franchise level d-man into their aging defensive core. And then they got Jokiharju and Boqvist aswell, so they're basically set again. And Kane is still scoring like he used to and even Toews scored his personal best records this season. Then add DeBrincat + Strome to it. They're contending in no time.

Trade Barrie for sure if they draft Byram.
