I've been fortunate to have a Gehenna for a couple months now. Great tight high gain pedal.

I got one a month or so ago, and it is far and away the most versatile and tweakable distortion pedals/preamps ever. For my down-tuned purposes, this pedal is it for me. Just great design, great circuitry, and sick tones. Killer pedal.

I’m pretty sure there’s a 24v mod in Fluff’s Jazzmaster, which helps with the clarity of down tuned chugs. Sick pedal, sounds great!

Lichtlaerm and Daniel just do so good pedals, I don't have the Gehenna, I have the old versions of the Key and the Gate, the Amber Spyglass and the Aesahaettr: just awesome pedals and super quality.

I need that jazzmaster in my life. And it needs me in its life. It's meant to happen. However, my highest prio rn is to get one of the Adam Jones Epiphone LPs from the next batches. Wish me luck, universe.

Hi Ryan Interesting video, the Gehenna sounds really Amazing. I'm hesitant to buy between this and thr Mxr 5150 Overdrive. Isaw your review on the Mrx and I could understand that you really like it. What could you advise me between the two knowing that my amp is a Marshall plexi 1987x 50W Head. Thx in advance for reply Olly

I know I’m really late here but what instrument cables are u using here? I love the fact they move almost in a 360 degree motion cuz I love using angled plugs but one guitar I have to use a straight so kind of a pain having to get out a straight when I want to use that guitar.

So, you put this in front or in the effects loop?

I bought 1 of these pedals a couple months ago. I like the sound of the distortion, and how clean chords sound even when the gain is turned all the way up. I just find it to be flat sounding, with no real oomph behind it.

Any connection to the band Alpinist? They have an album called Lichtlaerm/Minus Mensch. Or maybe they just really like these pedals
