There are two different reasons for why your heart could be feeling sore. 1: Your heart is having trouble with the stress you're putting on your body. But knowing that you do boxing, your heart should be perfectly healthy. 2: Just some honest body soreness. Sometimes the soreness you feel around your chest or other parts of your body can feel like your heart is hurting. It hurts me the most after a crazy intense session with benching and stuff.
