Unbelievable access. Thank you Sammy Mitchell. The insight that you have offered is so amazing. You have always been my all time favourite Hawthorn footballer. You have been always been a legend and will forever be. When you get the main job sometime in the distant future, you will excel and make yourself, your family , your friends and the wider football public, so proud of you.

In 2002 Sam Mitchell played 11 games for Box Hill and ended up winning the Liston that year with 31 votes..10x3 and 1x1.

Well I’m looking at this video differently now that he’s going to be our coach. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about a new coach but I’m certainly excited and optimistic.

I think it’s great! Start with something fresh, going to lots of ups and downs but clarko has done his job here with us and we will all love him forever. This is the road I like

absolutely....Ripping player too, who never shirked a contest or a hard-ball once in his life.....Still holds the club record for most consecutive games....Hard as nails & turned defense into attack in the blink of an eye.

Can't attack into the breeze? You adapt, create and execute. What a cop out by Mitchell

@debuthunter53893 жыл бұрын
@@michaelfeast9869 - I am a Level 2 (state) AFL coach. Without watching the match and going just on the clips in this it is hard to say, but game management and conditions play part for sure. Trying to attack into the breeze in wet conditions means you don't get good running bouncing overlap, and leaves you more susceptible to turnovers as you need more clean disposals than the opposition to make it up the ground. To be able to hold down the game is a solid strategy where otherwise you would be exposing yourself to quick hard rebounds back the other way. Not sure what you expect to happen in terms of "adapt, create and execute"? Even AFL teams can't consistently pierce through the field in wet and windy conditions, let alone lesser leagues...
