In the 911 call posted by TMZ of the lady helping Sweet Pea.. she said the hit and run accuser didn’t stay at the scene.. he just kept going, but in this video; they said the person waited until police got there and that there would be no charges 🤔 weird

This is how a great man and true champ can come to lose a fight that he should not! A lack of Honesty and compassion in this world will cause anyone to make wrong choices and in the end the World loses sight of fairness and forgets another truly great and talented heart without due recognition and many never learn the lessons from them or have the full understanding of the soul from them that would have meant even more to the masses than people realize! Preston Hocker, our too! My Wife and I never missed an opportunity to watch Sweet Pea fight! One of the best defensive fighters I’ve ever seen. I always thought that it would’ve been a real interesting fight if Mayweather and Whitaker would’ve been in the ring together.

He had been drinking at a bar, which I won’t mention the name of, and was drunk when he left to walk home. Well, he crossed the street of a busy intersection on Northampton blvd. and was struck by a vehicle and killed. One of my relatives, including myself, go to that same bar he was coming from the night he was killed. It was just simply a very VERY unfortunate accident...

So sorry to hear this sad news..😪..very tragic. I just wish people would slow down a bit....especially at night when it's dark. Northampton blvd is a speedway....very few people obey the speed limit...its very dangerous driving inside of a car, so pedestrians are literally "walking ducks"! So sorry.. RIP🌹brother..💫

So sad, he was a great boxer and made millions even $6 million for the delahoya fight and his net worth in 2019 was $250,000. What the hell... This was so recent too. I'm looking in the internet for reactions on this news in light of Hagler's death and having just learned about Sweet Pea's, and the reaction just... seems so small relative to the man's status as a boxing legend. The dude was one of the greatest defensive boxers of all time and one of the principal inspirations for the most successful guy in the sport. Were there more people talking about this when it happened?
