HE NEEDS TO USE manny pacquiao shuffleFOR FOOTWORK THIS IS HOW TO DO IT In-and-Out Movement: Start in a balanced boxing stance. Quickly step forward with your lead foot, then immediately step back with your rear foot. Practice moving in and out rapidly to develop speed and rhythm. Lateral Movement: From your boxing stance, step to the left with your lead foot, then bring your rear foot in to maintain balance. Repeat the movement to the right. Focus on quick, short steps to keep your movements sharp and controlled. Diagonal Steps: Step forward and to the side at a 45-degree angle with your lead foot. Bring your rear foot in to maintain your stance. Practice stepping to both sides to develop agility and unpredictability. Perform the spin by pivoting on your lead foot while rotating your rear foot around. Complete a full 360-degree turn, maintaining your balance and keeping your eyes on your opponent. Use the spin to evade attacks and set up your counter. Step 2: Rapid Combinations Jab-Cross: From your boxing stance, throw a quick jab with your lead hand. Follow immediately with a powerful cross from your rear hand. Focus on speed and precision. Angle Change and Hook: After the jab-cross, pivot on your lead foot to change the angle. Throw a lead hook to the head or body of your opponent. Body-Head Flurry: Launch a series of punches targeting both the body and head. Mix straight punches, hooks, and uppercuts to keep your opponent guessing. Maintain a high tempo and vary the angles of your punches. Vortex Assault: Following the spin, unleash a rapid combination of hooks and uppercuts from unexpected angles. Use the momentum from the spin to add power to your punches. Step 3: Power Punching Techniques Torque and Hip Rotation: Focus on generating power by rotating your hips and shoulders with each punch. Practice this on the heavy bag, emphasizing full-body engagement. Leverage Punches: Shift your weight from one foot to the other as you punch. Use this weight transfer to increase the force of your strikes. Vortex Momentum: Utilize the spin’s momentum to enhance the power of your punches. Ensure your body remains balanced and controlled during the spin. Step 4: Seamless Defense to Offense Slip and Counter: Practice slipping punches by moving your head to the side. Immediately counter with a hook or cross after slipping. Roll and Pivot: Roll under incoming punches by bending your knees and rotating your torso. Pivot to a new angle and launch a counter combination. High Guard to Attack: Keep a high guard to block punches. Quickly transition from blocking to delivering rapid punches.
