When Sapp dropped Akebono for the final time, it’s awe inspiring, but also pretty funny how that giant man just collapses like a sack of potatoes. I mean, when you see it for the first time, you are worried about him going into the ground head first with all that mass behind. And Bob Sapp actually seemed worried as well for an instant. But it just looks extremely funny at the same time… splat!

Butter bean is one of them fighters that confuses me. Idk a ton about mma but he seems like he could have been really good. It's also wild how much lower he had for a overweight guy. How did he have that even?

Butter bean put his weight in each of his swings. He has no technique outside of "hit 'em." People underestimated his prowess in the ring due to his weight, but he used his weight better than more seasoned and versatile fighters. He had great mastery of his center of gravity which made it difficult to get him down (if he landed on an opponent, one exhale and the op may as well get one last tap out attempt in because he ain't going anywhere once BB lands 😭). A head shot is the ONLY way to hope for a chance against him.
