tbh he was not very smart about it. Bragging about joining a Dojo was not de escalating the situation. He didn't even learn anything useful yet, and telling them you're a karate pratictioner just enables them. See how Eli just becomes confident after he tells him that. he was questioning his decision about attacking Demetri and *poof* doubts gone. the smarter move should've been hinting at the "waterbed" thingy without outing him and running away shortly after with hawk still in disarray

Considering Robby fled from the cops and nearly killed a fellow student in a fight, three months in juvie isn't too bad of a punishment for him. Daniel did pay for his lawyer to reduce his light sentence. Do you know how long was he supposed to stay in jail?

@manuellim6284 Wrong, dumbass. Robbie himself decided to join Cobra Kai until Tory was the only one to get a "hit" in on him, then he was gonna leave but then TORY-- Not Kreese told him to stay! So it was Tory that convinced him, NOT Kreese!
