If I never saw Lottie London in an Ipsy box again, I wouldn’t miss it. Same could be said for Grown Alchemist and Give Them Lala and some others but Lottie is WAY too frequent.

Would you all please address the issue with the Products not being wrapped in bubble wrap when you ship them , what you are doing now is not working, it will resolve the problem between us all, The Company and the Customers, its the only problem we all are maimly having with our products coming broken and shattered . The Logic behind it is quite simple and it resolve the issue if you all just packaged the Products right, its common knowledge don't you think, Tysm in advance because I am speaking on the behalf of myself and many others

I agree with above about packaging. I’ve received several pallets broken. I’m kinda liking the Boxy charm box items more than Icon items this month 🫤

I’m a little upset that I have the icon box upgrade for August, I really liked everything in the regular box a lot more.

Some of these are repeats from June and July come on enough with the skincare

Please Ipsy don’t put all the good stuff in the add ons. And slow down with all the skin care in our choices. I’m bomb barded with skin care! I am excited for a lot of these choices coming up though! Thanks Ipsy ♥️

When it was Boxycharm b4 the merge they put that foam piece into the box and the boxes weren't super over sized so it padded the products and kind of held them in place from sliding around and it worked beautifully

Actually excited for the August Box! My July box was actually decent and had a lot of skincare I needed, so hopefully I get a good makeup fix with next month's box!

There are some great products that I would LOVE to receive but never do! I already received the Lottie London small pallet in my July Glam Bag. I purchased the purple and pink pallets from the add ons. Ipsy sent a light brown pallet instead of the pink one.

Hello Boxy, I would love to recieve the Violtte Voss Eye Shadow Palette in my Boxycharm by Ipsy Box & the Joanna Vargas Serum in my Icon Box. I didn't have any good skincare choices in my Boxycharm by Ipsy July Box, but my Power Picks, Booster & makeup choices were excellent. I hope I have Great variation choices for August Boxes.😊❤

I am in love with all the choices plus what's being chosen for us, but the only complaint I have is the lack of protection for our products please, IPSY please put something else better for protection for the products that we get, this is my only complaint. I got lottie london mauve shadow it was broke so got a replacement it was broke too just kept what wasn't broke too much work to get a replacement especially with using the bot...

I'm a boxy charm subscriber and I like most the items shown. I would just rather not get the liquid eyeliner or the eye shadowsm

Did you accept broken pa)ettes thinking it would be okay to pass them on to your customers. I sucks. It is Not okay and I don't want 25% off coupons
