With how bad my Chronic Anxiety is, these audios really ease my anxious thoughts. The voices, background music, and the homie sounds make me calm down in my high of panic. With my anxiety it's hard to fall asleep so putting on a video or two before bed really helps. Although, I'm writing this at 2am in the morning. Lol. But fr, you're a life saver, Ash! Thank you.
