Ah, Boy Meets World.... when TV shows actually taught us life lessons and Networks weren't afraid to approach hard to discuss subjects.

As much as I hated the wedge that Lauren put between Cory and Topanga, I even more loved the raw, realistic moments that we got between them.

But Cory should’ve realized what he did was wrong, and like even though in the way new people will come in your life, you can not let yourself to be interest on them that way Which Topanga was so on the right 😯😥

I think Lauren is what needed to happen to Cory and Topanga it’s what helped them become stronger as a couple. I don’t think Cory cheating was a good thing but honestly I think it made their love stronger.

Yes, Cory should not have strayed away, however Topanga’s tests were a little too much, and at the same time she did the same thing that Cory did. However she made it seem that Cory wasn’t as intelligent as she was, because he didn’t see the meaning in a Vincent Van Gogh painting, the way some random dude did. She put herself in the same emotionally testing situation as he was in. It wasn’t until the kiss between her and Art Museum boy she realized it. Just as Cory realized what he’d be missing out on. Two wrongs don’t make a right, but I guess such as this, if there is a test placed between two people who are deeply in love, only a positive outcome and positive result can come from it.

1:12 they both sounded exactly like their daughter Riley. I've only seen bits of Girl Meets World, but it showed me how good of a job the young actress did. I could literally hear her in that scene. She was both of them!

"...and you listened!" The kiss or the letter alone would have ended most relationships. Topanga was most hurt by the fact that Cory - after everything they've been through together - had to see another girl to "test" his feelings for her. Only through the magic of TV could a couple make up from that. Topanga's beauty is only surpassed by her LOYALTY.

She told him to do it as well as everyone else around him. He never wanted to but everyone including Topanga kept pushing him to do it.

This is the season where Cory started to look good. He got out of that awkward phase from Season 3-4 where he looked the same as the first two seasons but only slightly taller and with a deeper voice.

I loved that although Corey screwed up, he knew that Topanga and him were meant to be. The whole scene with the painting was about Topanga needing to find out for herself if she felt the way Corey did. Corey was right, he came to the conclusion, it was Topanga that needed to meet him now.

48:10 I'm sorry, but Topanga is automatically right. Cory isn't giving a very good rebuttal on his side. If he's miserable with the way Lauren kiIIed his relationship with someone he loves dearly, then why not prevent the kiss that would cause this misery? But hey, who am I to talk? I myself wonder if I have feelings for a woman and need to look into it. And that's interesting to say, since I basically only knew her from the bakery she used to work at. Since then, we only saw each other once, at the bar. She had me sing karaoke with her and her friends.

Because they're teenagers full of raging hormones, and the transition to adulthood can be fraught with peril. The world is new to them, and they're learning as the go. I was only a couple years younger than the characters in this show when it first aired, so it's been a couple decades. I'll never forget what it felt like to be that age for the rest of my life though, the good and the bad.

Well, that's what happens when you hire writer's for a show called Boy Meets World. They tend to focus the dialog and storyline around the main character...why there is the term "main character syndrome".
