A sophomore running a low 45? He'll be running low 43's by his senior year. He's a future Olympian that's for sure.

Not how track works..lol. but I just hope he doesn't get burnt out. He hasn't even got his grown man body yet. He needs a good coach. His stride pattern will change has he gets taller.. I think he will be a beast though

2 seconds is world of difference in the 400 meter run. He's already close to maximum 400 human possibilities. He will not improve that much. Just look at all the other high-school phenols that had mediocre/ if any professional careers. JUSTMYOPINION

How bad of a coach do you have to be to let your athlete run like that? If he had decent form he could have set a record. might be the worst form of any runner ever. Unreal.

Form isn't bad, just unorthodox. He's still relaxed, controlled, and powerful, and just because it's not what your used to doesn't mean its "the worst form of any runner ever." Everyone has different bodies, and will be more efficient in different ways.
