These guys are very well informed about their selves and women. They will be awsome husbands and fathers to girls. The whole debate about accent by daniyal indicates that all pakistani are same. Every one has faced this accent delima multiple times in life. daniyal is looking very cool and young in medium length hair. Zarar is very handsome (nature ma jo thehraio hai that is mesmerizing). 2 weeks without a launda talk episode. my eyes are painfully dry from the amount that i have already cried, i have no tears left to shed. i have not gotten an ounce of sleep, my body has collapsed past its usual function and i now must crawl everywhere i want to. i've had to result to wearing a diaper, and even sometimes while i crawl i just completely collapse on the ground. i have not eaten in weeks, my hearing is beginning to become muffled. everyone asks how i'm doing but my voice has been gone.

One of you mentioned that signages in Canada are in Sanskrit. Just to point out that the script used for signages in Canada, apart from English and French, is Gurumukhi (the script used by the Sikhs, since Canada has a sizeable Sikh population) and not Sanskrit. Gurumukhi and Sanskrit are entirely different scripts.

yes. This custom probably originated because women were never given the liberty to relax, they were supposed to manage the house 24/7. But on their periods, they deserve some rest. So they may not enter the kitchen to cook food etc. However, as this tradition was passed down from one generation to the next, the actual reason behind it became vague. People started associating menstruating women with impurity. But currently I believe that this practise is quite rare in most india. I've experienced life in a village and a small town in india. Being a women, neither have I experienced this nor have I seen any woman around me being treated this way. But there is no denying that periods and menstruation is a hushed topic around here. It is not considered morally uptight for a women to talk about periods in front of men. My generation has largely outgrown this mindset but my parents' generation still thinks of periods as a private matter which should only be discussed behind closed doors.
