Brisket - 800 gr
Baby potatoes - 800 gr
Onion - 1 pc
Garlic - 2 cloves
Butter - 50 gr
Dill, cilantro, scallion - 1/2 bunch
Salt, pepper, turmeric - by taste
Use onion, carrot, celery, bay leaf and salt for broth
