I have been making handlebars with 90 amp mig welders from harbor freight for 10 years. It's not how big your gun is,it's who can shoot it better 👍

good job. but TIG welding is actually one of the most shallow penetrating welding processes, next to brazing. from shallow to deepest it would go torch welding, gtaw, gmaw, fcaw, smaw, saw.

the grinding is clean. the welding needs some work. great video tho

The material that they are using is probably around .125 - .1875 thick. Any GTAW welder shouldn't have a problem getting 100% penetration on this material.
