Unless they are an off-road enthusiast. Southern Africa is an offroader's absolute paradise. From famous mountain passes, national parks, savannahs, deserts, waterfalls, river trails you name it. It's all riddled across South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Botswana, Mozambique, Angola, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Swaziland. You just need a good reliable off-road trailer in addition that's why this beast comes with a tow hook.

Plus Merc has just launched the more powerful G wagen G400d - Stronger Than Time edition (243kW; 700Nm). Which means if Brabus had to convert it with the Adventure kit it would dish out 276Kw + 760Nm.

Where are the wires, the bar protection in front and where are the snorkel to drive in really deep water ? For me, this brabus is not really an adventure car. Then, a Mercedes g class amg 63 is way enought for adventure.

This has a better clearance and a break over angle than your regular G wagon. You don't really need snorkels on g wagon for it to cross deep water. The regular g class can wade 900mm deep water therefore this should do better. A feature of this engine is its ability to shut down air inlets as soon as it senses water and open inlets at the top of the engine. Thirdly protection bars are'nt an absolute for overlanding. But if you want Brabus can fit them for you. This is meant for overlanding and not grade 5 type offroading. I've seen regular Ford Ranger with standard front bumpers driver well into the Namibian desert or Botswana's Okavango Delta without any drama.
