Yes and no, Suerte's process is obviously more for large yields whereas a regular person wouldnt need as much to be able to make a few tortillas. A mortar and pestle can be used to mill the corn, and after that it will be the same process as making dough. You could also just buy Corn Flour and that will still yield very good tortillas. Hopefully this helps.

I really enjoy Brad and his content as ''Its alive'' is one of my favourite show! But pleaaaaase Bon Appétit, bring back the old editing style!! It made the show not only interesting but also very funny and entertaining. It matched the weird humor of brad perfectly and added a plus value to every video! :) thank you for maybe considering

i think the editing is different since now the show is available via streaming services to try and make the show appeasable for all audiences and not just for hardcore fans
