Hardest thing to do is take a look at yourself and realise you’re the problem. Well done lads. Lost my mother at a young age and struggled with substances and alcohol, my 20s were a blur until it came on top when i was 28. I appreciate the videos, they help ground me and realise that’s not the life for me anymore and how bad things can get. Look after yourself boys, hope to see more of these in the future

Honestly hypnosis in Chorley, paranoia about going for a piss, arse cheek baggy- from someone who’s suffered bad paranoia you lot make me laugh and smile ❤ 37 days clean off smoke, drink , vape, weed, coke. You can’t imagine the value this authenticity brings. Thanks lads ❤

@@TipsyHustle4 I’ve smoked it since I was 12 and I’m 30 in August mate you can do it you need to replace it with routine aka gym, things you love. Maybe try some tablets from doctors if you struggle with sleep etc I’ll be honest I do take mirtazapine on the odd day I can’t sleep (prescription) as I do present with ADHD symptoms and I don’t switch off. Write a list of good and bad with weed. If you think it benefits you then don’t be hard on yourself but it hasn’t benefitted me I play footy and I wanna be fit. You’ve got this just get back to your true pleasures mate being out of it on weed is not your truest pleasures and your reason for being alive surely ❤️‍🩹🙏

Top stuff & real talk! I have followed your journey on Facebook & I think you are an inspiration 😊 & Brad... I myself had real issues with the powder a few years ago, cost me so much in terms of relationships & financially but got support from Mind & I now work for them & haven't had a sniff in over 2 years & that was because of one relapse, was clean for 3 years before the relapse, I am also in the process of getting an ADHD diagnosis which is also down to watching your videos, keep doing what you are doing Mike
