@@harveywallbanger2899 Ball choice doesn’t matter huh. If that’s the case why do pros bring 12-20 Balls to the tournaments every time? And let’s see you throw something like a Hyroad or a Mix on a fresh 48 ft pattern and see how well you do

Glad to see you back Kyle! I've been struggling with some TFL and IT band related issues as well. Essentially my TFL is overworked and the glute medium and minimus are a little weak and causing pull on the IT band. Happy to see you back and healthy.

I do not know what Kyle is doing differently but there were a bunch of shots where it looked like he fluffed the ball and it came back super strong. Nice reaction, and welcome back. Good luck tomorrow.

Encouraging to see Kyle come back from injury and throwing the ball really well! I am just a league bowler but am averaging 233, and threw a high series of 864 in october.. I broke my foot and am hoping I can come back just as strong when I am healed and out of my boot! Nice bowling!

Great bowling Kyle! Finish strong. Brad can take his great PTQ and pocket that to show what he can do when he is on his game. He can compete with anyone in the world. I do think Brad needs to get out of his head and really simplify things. As I have said before, he looks more comfortable (to me) and his ball action is better when he isn't trying to hook the whole lane, but I am not sure where he is most comfortable. I would love to see how Brad did taking something that is still reactive, but is a bit weaker and kept it straight up near the 10-12 and just kept it simple, stayed in the pocket, keep the ball speed up, and shredded the rack. No real swing thoughts, not a bunch of manipulation, just get back to bowling stress free if the lanes will allow that type of line. I would also like him to track his speed. When he struggles his ball speed seems to vary somewhat considerably between shots. That's why I think the doctors prescription would be a weak reactive ball or stronger urethane up 10-12 with speed (if the lanes allow it) for a block or two and just bowl stress free. A couple 300s later and he won't be thinking about his swing/approach anymore and will be able to play whatever line he wants with confidence again. He has all of the skill needed, just has to harness it and get confident that he will be one of those 24 people every week. I say this all from the comfort of my home so my opinion means little to nothing. We all just want to help Brad and Kyle as much as we can when they are struggling. Go get em guys!

Brad I notice your head bobs around alot especially at release , you jerk alot through your shot making you more inconsistent . Focus on keeping your head steady through the shot and not jerking so much or bouncing . Example watch Bill O’Neil and now he could keep a plate of food on his head without falling thought his shot . And for Kyle I notice he opens his shoulders to violently and has to snap it back at release providing inconsistent delivery time to time . Having to open the shoulders up so much and close them at release will make it very hard to stay consistent game after game , week after week. Opening the shoulders is fine , just Kyle does it to “snappy” and I see he can’t repeat it at the level to compete against the best consistently. But Brad your head movement is all over the place you really need to address and fix that .
